شرح مختصر
خط تولید پروفیل PVC به طور گسترده برای تولید پروفیلهای مختلف PVC مانند پروفیل پنجره و درب PVC، پانل سقف PVC، کانال کابل PVC استفاده میشود. با توجه به طرحهای پروفیل PVC، راهحلهای سفارشی و قالب ساخته خواهد شد.
فرآیند تولید
جریان فرآیند این خط شامل پودر PVC + افزودنی - مخلوط کردن - فیدر مواد - اکسترودر دو پیچ - قالب و کالیبراسیون - میز وکیوم - دستگاه کشنده - دستگاه برش - رک تخلیه است.
این خط اکستروژن پروفیل PVC از اکسترودر دو پیچ مخروطی استفاده میکند که برای پودر PVC و گرانول PVC مناسب است. این دستگاه دارای سیستم تخلیه گاز برای اطمینان از پلاستیکسازی عالی مواد است. قالب با سرعت بالا در دسترس است و میتواند بهرهوری را به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش دهد.
