APPLICATION:

Material Feeding & Drying
High-quality PE resin (HDPE/MDPE) is loaded into the hopper, then dried (if necessary) to remove moisture for optimal extrusion.
Extrusion & Melting
The material is fed into the extruder barrel, where a rotating screw heats and melts it (160–220°C) into a homogeneous molten state.
