Working process:
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
Material Feeding – PE resin pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Melting & Extrusion – The material is heated and melted in the screw barrel, then pushed through the die head to form a continuous pipe shape.
Vacuum Calibration – The pipe passes through a vacuum sizing tank to ensure precise diameter and wall thickness.
Cooling System – The pipe is cooled in a water bath or spray cooling system to solidify its structure.
Hauling & Cutting – A puller draws the pipe forward, and an automatic cutter cuts it to the required length.
Stacking & Packaging – Finished pipes are collected and packed for storage or shipment.
